LAME是一个非常著名的mp3制作工具,支持动态bitrate,所谓动态bitrate就是适时的调节数码流量以至声音还原达到可能的最佳状态.声音的饱和度和动感都相当不错.
经过接近2年的蛰伏，LAME终于推出了3.98正式版，新版本主要解决了3.97以来存在的大小BUG，加入了对SSE与3D NOW!的优化，改进了默认的VBR代码(3.98 beta 1)，详细的更新列表可在以下网址查看.
